In the first
step we identify the training required for your staff.
The next step is to arrange a training venue, date and
time to suit your business. Note training can be carried
out at your workplace or at one of our training centres.
The final step, before training commences, is to conduct
an induction and skills check to determine the skill
level of your employee and the type of training to start
the employee at.
Training can also be carried out during working or out
of working hours. Our centres are open 8am – 9pm Mon-Thur
& Fri & Sat 9am – 5pm. For onsite training our tutors
can be available at a time that suits you, even if it
means at midnight for your nightshift staff. |
