Sales Apprenticeship Level 2
This programme provides employees with the skills required to work in a sales role and environment. Employees will develop sales techniques and strategies that can be applied in a variety of job roles and industries. This programme concentrates on managing and prioritising resources, planning and preparing to maximise sales, techniques for selling face-to-face, and ensuring a sale is tracked until completion.

This programme helps employees to develop effective techniques to sell products or services to customers over the telephone. These skills can apply to many industries such as travel, banking, finance, recruitment or telecommunications. The programme is aimed at those who deal with customers over the telephone, selling products or services.
