Already In Employment?

If you are already employed and would like to undertake an Apprenticeship to advance your career, you can do so as long as the programme you choose is relevant to your job. Your employer will need to support you throughout the programme, but there will be no additional costs to them for the training.


Business Administration Apprenticeship

If you’re enthusiastic and motivated with strong organisational skills and efficient at multitasking there are loads of opportunities in Business Administration. With an Apprenticeship in Business Administration you’ll develop modern office skills that will help you be the best there is wherever you work. In Administration you can expect to be involved in keeping the business you work in running smoothly by becoming skilled across a range of procedures including; typing, emailing, filing, photocopying, arranging meetings, taking minutes, making phone calls, producing documents and writing letters.


Customer Service Apprenticeship

Customer Service is all about making people feel valued and, at times when they don’t, reassuring them that their problem will be solved. There are opportunities for Customer Service staff in all sorts of organisations. As a Customer Service Apprentice you’ll gain useful skills to resolve all sorts of customer issues. Some of the things you might do include: answering customer enquiries, solving problems, advising on products and services, customer promotions and events, dealing with complaints and improving communications. If you are a good Apprentice then not only will you be an asset to your employer, but you’ll be the face or voice that customers remember.


Warehouse & Storage Apprenticeship

You will learn skills in operating specialist machinery such as pivot steer trucks and pallet trucks and how to get things onto and down from high storage spaces; learn about storing some goods at low temperatures; improve your spatial awareness, so that you can quickly and efficiently load objects of different shapes and sizes. You will also learn the basics behind order picking, stock rotation and warehouse simulation to get on the stepping stone to become a Distribution Manager of the future!


Traffic Office Apprenticeship

This Apprenticeship concerns planning, scheduling and routing goods that are transported overland. It’s an area that requires serious organisational skills. As an Apprentice, you’ll gain a broad overview of how systems work by carrying out routine tasks within a traffic office, such as managing timetables, planning routes, scheduling loads and assigning drivers to vehicles. You’ll also be introduced to the commercial aspects of the business by learning about how to quote for services.


Management Apprenticeship (Team Leading)

As a management Apprentice, you'll learn essential, generic background knowledge and understanding for a range of management roles. Develop the background knowledge and understanding of the personal and interpersonal skills required for an effective manager.


Improving operational performance (IOP) Apprenticeship

As an IOP Apprentice you might schedule materials, monitor production processes, work on the floor as a member of a production team, test the quality of products, and learn health and safety practices. This Apprenticeship provides opportunities towards preparation to achieving trained operator semi skilled status within the Manufacturing/Engineering/Logistics Supply Chain Sectors.


Sales / Telesales Apprenticeships:

Sales is almost essential in every business at some stage, no matter what the industry. Good sales skills will always be highly sought after. Our sales apprenticeships will allow employees to develop sales techniques and strategies that can be applied within a variety of roles and industries, either on the phone or face-to-face. The program concentrates on planning, prioritising, managing resources as well as following through the entire sales process to maximise effectiveness and results.
