TLE employability programmes give you the confidence, skills, knowledge and understanding to enter or return to the workplace.

We offer Employability qualifications at Entry Level 3 and Level 1. Before you start we’ll work out which course and level are right for you.

Duration

The courses will take up to 30 hours in total (within 2 weeks) including 15 hours of online learning and 15 hours of workshop-based learning.  Learners can finish in less time depending on experience, which will be determined after an initial assessment which gives us a good idea of your current level.

Assessment

There are no exams but you will need to complete your online learning along with workbooks and attend workshops.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements although a reasonable standard of English is necessary.

Course fee

There is no course fee for this course if you:

  • are an unemployed UK/EEA permanent resident, over 19 years of age and not in full time education

This course will take 5-8 hours in total (less than a week) including 5 hours of online learning and 2-3 hours of one-to-one sessions.
